HP ZHX Nano G1n AI Station - ISO Image - Linux

Hello, we currently purchased 4 of these mini-PCs. These come unencrypted and we want to enable LUKS which is our standard procedure. After hours of trying to get help I was finally able to get connected to a support agent that had information on this, and provided me a FTP link with an ISO file that I am able to use to reimage the mini. When I image the mini with encryption it does it successfully, however it does not let me setup the key myself, it automatically encrypts, reboots and asks for the key. I imagine there is a default key for these? I tried the password on the label and it did not work.  

Any help or guidance would be very helpful. Also, the serial number does not work when trying to open a ticket, even the support techs were getting the same error and were only able to help me with the model #.
