  • You can expect a survey a couple weeks after getting access.

• How long will you get access to our products?
  • For Boost 4 weeks. For AI Studio and Gen AI Lab 8 weeks.
  • We’re more than happy to extend your access if you request it.

• What can I expect after signing up for access:
  • For AI Studio, you’ll get an activation email. Our EAP version of the software is here (not on our website): Windows | Ubuntu
    • You need to activate your account first before downloading or you will get an error.
  • Gen AI Lab: Same instructions as AI Studio
  • Boost: From your activation email. Log in, download and install.

On Ubuntu

1 - Press Ctrl-Alt-T to open a terminal window and run the following command to download the config.yaml and features.yaml files that point the Desktop app to EAP/PreProd:

mkdir -p ~/.config/hp/aistudio && wget https://d21t4k2amoqait.cloudfront.net/config.yaml -O ~/.config/hp/aistudio/config.yaml && wget https://d21t4k2amoqait.cloudfront.net/features.yaml -O ~/.config/hp/aistudio/features.yaml

2 - Close the terminal window
3 - Install & run the EAP version of AI Studio.
