Hello eimispacheco, if you have:

• Win 11 (with WSL) or Ubuntu 22.04
• Git
• NVIDIA GPU

As you mention, you should be set to go by downloading and installing one of the purple button links to the correct .msi or .deb file. It should install in a couple minutes at most. 

You mentioned installing CUDA. Did you do so before installing AI Studio? That is not a requirement, but should also not preclude the install. 

Can I ask you to uninstall using the Remove feature through the installer, and reinstall to see if that resolves the issue? If not, please share how to contact you via aistudiosupport@hp.com so we can schedule time to resolve.

• Installation logs: AIStudio_<timestamp>.txt located at %TEMP%
• Application logs: phoenix.log file present at %localappdata%/HP/AIStudio, if available

Thank you very much for your willingness to help. Unfortunately , the timing has been difficult for me these weeks, as I am in San Francisco (I live in Texas) attending multiple conferences. As a result, I haven’t had enough time to focus on my project, and the computer that meets the hackathon requirements is not with me.
