Hello,

 
I am trying to open my HP AI studio,
 
I downloaded it from the page you can see before in my local machine. In theory I meet all the hardware and software requirements, I have installed Cuda and WSL 2 is fine.
 
But HP AI studio is stuck in "configuring certificates" while trying to open it (see image below). What can I do?

Hello eimispacheco, if you have:

  • Win 11 (with WSL) or Ubuntu 22.04
  • Git
  • NVIDIA GPU

As you mention, you should be set to go by downloading and installing one of the purple button links to the correct .msi or .deb file. It should install in a couple minutes at most. 

You mentioned installing CUDA. Did you do so before installing AI Studio? That is not a requirement, but should also not preclude the install. 

Can I ask you to uninstall using the Remove feature through the installer, and reinstall to see if that resolves the issue? If not, please share how to contact you via aistudiosupport@hp.com so we can schedule time to resolve.

  • Installation logs: AIStudio_<timestamp>.txt located at %TEMP%
  • Application logs: phoenix.log file present at %localappdata%/HP/AIStudio, if available
     

we will take a look and follow up to see if we need to schedule time to resolve this.
