I can’t find the “Local GenAI” image in my catalog. How can I enable it on my machine?

Depending on the version of AI Studio, it is probably on the second row of the listed images/workspaces
+1The next row of cards displays external images on my machine. When the internet is off, only the three cards—Minimal, Data Science, and Deep Learning GPU—are shown.
