To support custom BERT Q&A models in AI Studio, a custom environment can be created and accessed via Jupyter notebooks. Once the environment is set up, it appears in the workspace and can be selected as the kernel for the notebook.
To use the custom environment, either open a notebook directly from the Launchpad, which will automatically set the environment, or manually choose the AI Studio environment from the kernel dropdown. Setting it as the default or preferred kernel ensures that all the required libraries from the custom workspace are being used. This also applies to any colleagues working on the project, as they will operate within the same environment.
