To get help while using AI Studio, start by navigating to the Guides button on the left side of the application. This will take you to ZDocs, the documentation hub for AI Studio, where various topics and processes are documented.

Next, visit the Community section on the left side of the app. Clicking this will lead to the Z by HP Data Science and AI Community page, which hosts discussions on AI Studio, data science, and broader AI creation topics. The AI Studio Discussion Forum is available for data scientists to discuss issues and share insights. While browsing posts requires no login, posting content to collaborate on specific issues will require logging in with a single sign-on linked to your HP ID.

If assistance is still needed, click the Support button. This will allow you to fill out a support ticket that will be directed to HP support. Typically, an HP support agent will follow up via email and may schedule a call to resolve the issue. If they cannot address the problem, it will be escalated to the development team for further resolution or bug fixing.
