Here’s how to create and set up workspaces in AI Studio. First, they create a project called "Demonstration" and set it to shared. Next, they show how to create a workspace using either predefined templates or a custom setup.

Predefined templates, like those for data science or deep learning, come with pre-installed libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. You can click "Learn More" to see what's included in each. Alternatively, in a custom workspace, you can start with a template and add specific tools like XGBoost or upload a requirements.txt file to define the libraries you need.

Once the workspace is set up, it's ready for use. The first time you run it, the required containerized images will be downloaded, with the speed depending on your internet connection. After the download, the workspace launches, and you can start working in your notebook.
