In this video, you will learn how to download and activate AI Studio. First, there are two ways to gain access: as a team manager or the first person to set up a new account, you will receive an invitation email from an account lead or the AI Studio product team. Alternatively, if you are invited by a member of an existing account, you will also get an invitation email. Once you receive your account activation email, simply click the "Accept Invitation" link to activate your account. You may be prompted to sign in with an HP ID; if you don’t have one, you will need to create it.

After activating your account, you can download AI Studio by clicking the “Download AI Studio” button on your prompt screen or using the link in the invitation email. This will take you to zDocs, the central location for downloading the latest version. Click to download the MSI installer for Windows 10 or 11. Once the file has downloaded, locate it in your downloads folder and click on it to start the installation process. The installer will guide you through the setup of AI Studio.
